To facilitate your management of preferences, connect with users or communities with similar interests, enhance your browsing experience, and share information with friends and third parties, you can favorite/follow/join merchants/users/communities that interest you, or share information with third parties through functional components. We will collect log information generated when you use the above functions to display them on your personal homepage, enable online management, initiate sharing, and recommend users with similar interests to you.
5. Delivery, Mailing, and Errand Services
When you use functions involving delivery (e.g., food delivery), mailing (e.g., invoice mailing), or errand services (e.g., purchasing and delivering items) on Zhuanshoukuai, you need to provide the recipient's and sender's name, gender (for the delivery person to address you, e.g., Ms. Liu), phone number, delivery address, house number, etc., to ensure the safe and accurate delivery and completion of your order. You can also add labels to frequently used addresses (e.g., home, company) for easier future reference.
6. Reviews, Posts, and User-Generated Content
When you take the initiative to evaluate merchants' products/services or publish other content (e.g., sharing moods, status updates, check-ins, guides) on Zhuanshoukuai, we will collect the information you publish and display your nickname, profile photo, and posted content. If you choose to publish reviews anonymously, we will not display your nickname or profile photo.
7. Customer Support and After-Sales Service
When you contact our customer service, our system may record the communication logs between you and the customer service representative, and use your account information to verify your identity; when you need us to provide customer service related to your orders, we may query your relevant order information to provide appropriate assistance and handling; when you need customer service to help you modify relevant information (e.g., delivery address, contact information), you may need to provide additional information beyond the above to complete the modification.

To ensure the security of your account, transactions, and system operations, and to comply with relevant legal requirements and our agreement rules, we may obtain your device information and network status information with your authorization during your access and use of our products/services, including your device model, hardware serial number, device MAC address, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI/MEID/IMSI/AndroidID/IDFA/IDFV/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID information), running process information, mobile application list, sensor information (click to view), WIFI status, telecom operator, and other software and hardware characteristic information. We will not obtain the above information in advance without your authorization.
To enhance the security of your use of our services and more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, we may use or integrate your personal information, as well as information obtained with your authorization or legally shared by our affiliates and partners, to comprehensively assess the risks associated with your account and transactions based on your usage habits and commonly used software information. (B) Extended Permission Features
1. Camera-Based Extended Functions
You can choose to enable the system's camera permission to authorize Zhuanshoukuai to access your camera by using functions such as taking photos, recording videos, and scanning codes, allowing you to use "scan," or publish content by taking photos or recording videos. If you need to record and publish video with sound, you also need to enable the microphone permission. You can also click to authorize the flash when scanning codes (flash information alone is not considered personal information) to facilitate better scanning in low-light conditions. You can disable the camera function in the system settings; once disabled, you may not be able to use the scan function or publish reviews or interact by taking photos or videos, but this will not affect your use of the basic functions of Zhuanshoukuai's services.
2. Photo Album/Storage-Based Extended Functions
You can choose to enable the system's photo album permission (storage permission on some devices) to authorize us to access your photo album by actively uploading photos, videos, etc., allowing you to publish content by uploading photos or videos. We will collect the above information that you choose to upload and publish. This function can be disabled in the system settings; once disabled, you may not be able to change your avatar, publish reviews with images, etc., by uploading photos or videos, but this will not affect your use of the basic functions of Zhuanshoukuai's services.
3. Location-Based Extended Functions
You can choose to enable the system's location authorization to use location technology to implement interactive functions such as pushing nearby news and merchant activities. We will process the location information collected during your use to display nearby information. This function can be disabled in the system settings; once disabled, you may not be able to view nearby news, but this will not affect your use of the basic functions of Zhuanshoukuai's services.
4. Clipboard-Based Extended Functions
When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we need to access your clipboard permission locally to read passwords, sharing codes, and links contained therein to implement functions or services such as jumping, sharing, and activity linkage. We will only upload the clipboard content to our server if it is identified locally as an instruction for Zhuanshoukuai's jump, sharing, activity linkage, etc. We will not upload other information from your clipboard to our server.
Some mobile device systems will prompt that the application is reading the clipboard, but this system prompt cannot distinguish between local processing and uploading, and due to differences in statistical methods, false positives may occur. Therefore, if you encounter such a prompt and have questions, please contact us to help locate the problem.
5. Network and Network Status-Based Extended Functions
After you agree to enable this permission, our APP can connect to the Internet. At the same time, for risk control and service provision purposes, we can also monitor network changes and prompt you of the current network environment. Refusing this authorization will prevent you from using our products and/or services normally.
6. Installed App List-Based Extended Functions
After you agree to enable this permission, we will collect your installed app list to protect your legitimate rights and interests (e.g., combating black industry) and enrich your user profile.
(C) Other Matters
You can book various products/services for others through Zhuanshoukuai and provide relevant information about the actual service recipient. Before doing so, please ensure that you have obtained the authorization of the relevant person.
