User Service Agreement

Welcome to register for a Zhuanshoukuai account and use Zhuanshoukuai's services!

This Zhuanshoukuai User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") is entered into between you and Zhuanshoukuai (hereinafter "Zhuanshoukuai") regarding your registration of a Zhuanshoukuai user account and your use of Zhuanshoukuai's various services. To use Zhuanshoukuai's services, you must carefully read and comply with all provisions of this Agreement, especially those clauses concerning exemptions from liability or limitations of liability. Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you may not register for a Zhuanshoukuai account or use Zhuanshoukuai's services. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please do not register or use Zhuanshoukuai's services and do not proceed further. If you have any questions regarding this Agreement (especially provisions concerning exemptions or limitations of liability), you may contact us using the contact details provided in this Agreement, and we will further explain and clarify such provisions upon your request. If you check the box "I agree to the Zhuanshoukuai User Service Agreement" and use or accept any Zhuanshoukuai services through the WeChat Mini Program or any other means, this shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all terms of this Agreement. Please confirm again before registering or using the services that you fully understand all contents of this Agreement.

I. New User Registration

1. Users must register a "Zhuanshoukuai" account before using this service. Zhuanshoukuai may provide WeChat quick login and may adjust, add, or remove login methods at any time based on applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, user experience, and risk control considerations, without prior notice to users.

2. Zhuanshoukuai is a local lifestyle and consumer services platform that matches users and merchants based on geographic location. By completing registration and logging in, you authorize Zhuanshoukuai to collect, display, and use your geographic location information. If you wish to stop disclosing your location information to other users, you may enable "Invisible Mode" in your account settings.

3. Due to the account binding and registration mechanism, you agree that Zhuanshoukuai may use the mobile phone number you provide and/or automatically retrieve your WeChat account information and mobile device identifiers for registration. You authorize your telecom operator to automatically retrieve and authenticate your mobile phone number for Zhuanshoukuai account registration. You agree to comply with your telecom operator's terms of service. If phone number verification is successful, registration will be completed. If you do not agree to operator authorization or if verification fails, you may manually modify the phone number and complete registration via SMS verification code.

4. When registering and using this service, Zhuanshoukuai may collect personal information that can identify you, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, date of birth, address, interests, and personal description. The collection and use of such information shall be subject to the personal information protection provisions in Article III of this Agreement.

II. Usage Guidelines

1. Users must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. If you are under 18, you must read this Agreement accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent before registering, placing orders, or using any Zhuanshoukuai services.

2. Users must provide true and accurate personal information when applying for or using services provided by Zhuanshoukuai and promptly update such information when it changes.

3. Users agree to bear full responsibility for all operations conducted through their Zhuanshoukuai accounts. All Zhuanshoukuai accounts are owned by Zhuanshoukuai. After successful registration, users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the account. Accounts may not be gifted, loaned, rented, transferred, or sold.

4. Users are responsible for safeguarding their usernames and passwords. Any loss, misuse, or unauthorized access not caused by Zhuanshoukuai shall be borne solely by the user. Users must immediately notify Zhuanshoukuai if they suspect unauthorized account use.

5. Information obtained from user accounts is provided by users. Zhuanshoukuai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of such information and shall not be used as the basis for legal claims against Zhuanshoukuai.

6. To better serve users, Zhuanshoukuai may adjust displayed information based on market conditions. Final information displayed on the platform shall prevail.

III. Service Scope

1. The specific content of this service is provided by Zhuanshoukuai based on actual conditions, such as merchant discount services, product consumption services, financial services (if applicable), including but not limited to authorizing users to conduct instant messaging, add friends, join groups, follow users, and post messages through their accounts. Zhuanshoukuai may modify the services it provides, and the content of the services provided by Zhuanshoukuai may change at any time; users will be notified of changes to the services.

2. Zhuanshoukuai is committed to providing information publishing and matchmaking services for second-hand goods transactions among international students and Chinese communities in the United States. As an information publishing platform, Zhuanshoukuai is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of transaction items or processes.

IV. User Information Protection

1. During the account registration or use of this service, users may be required to fill in or submit certain necessary personal information, such as identity information required by laws, regulations, and regulatory documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"). If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, the user may be unable to use this service or be restricted during the use of this service.

2. Categories of Personal Information:

(1) Personal information directly provided by users (e.g., mobile phone number, email, and other personal information filled in during registration, shared information provided when using the service, etc.);

(2) Personal information shared by third parties;

(3) Necessary personal information of users legally collected by Zhuanshoukuai to provide services (e.g., device or software information automatically collected by the system when using the service, browsing history information, communication timestamp information and other technical information, geographic location information when the user enables the location function and uses the service, etc.). Personal privacy information refers to information involving the user's personal identity or privacy, such as the user's real name, ID number, mobile phone number, mobile device identifier, IP address, and user chat records. Non-personal privacy information refers to basic record information clearly and objectively reflected on Zhuanshoukuai's servers regarding the user's operation status and usage habits of this service, other ordinary information outside the scope of personal privacy information, and the above-mentioned privacy information that the user agrees to disclose. Zhuanshoukuai guarantees that it will collect, use, or disclose the user's personal privacy information only with the user's written consent. The user agrees that Zhuanshoukuai may collect, use, or disclose the user's non-personal privacy information without the user's further confirmation and authorization.

3. Respecting the privacy of users' personal information is a consistent policy of Zhuanshoukuai. Zhuanshoukuai will adopt technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security of users' personal information and prevent the leakage, damage, or loss of users' personal information collected in this service. In the event of the aforementioned circumstances or if Zhuanshoukuai discovers the possibility of such circumstances, Zhuanshoukuai will promptly take remedial measures and notify the user. If the user discovers such circumstances, they must also contact Zhuanshoukuai immediately.

4. Zhuanshoukuai will not disclose or reveal users' personal privacy information to any third party without the user's consent, except in the following specific circumstances:

(1) Zhuanshoukuai provides the user's personal privacy information in accordance with legal provisions or the instructions of competent authorities;

(2) Any leakage of personal information caused by the user informing others of their user password or sharing the registered account and password with others, or leakage of personal privacy information due to other reasons not attributable to Zhuanshoukuai;

(3) The user voluntarily discloses their personal privacy information to a third party;

(4) The user, Zhuanshoukuai, and cooperating units have reached an agreement on the use and disclosure of the user's personal privacy information, and Zhuanshoukuai discloses the user's personal privacy information to the cooperating units accordingly;

(5) Any leakage of the user's personal privacy information caused by hacking attacks, computer virus intrusion, and other force majeure events;

(6) The user's personal information has been processed such that it can no longer identify a specific individual and cannot be restored.

5. Users agree that Zhuanshoukuai may use their personal privacy information for the following purposes:

(1) Zhuanshoukuai sends important notifications to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this Agreement;

(2) Zhuanshoukuai conducts internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve Zhuanshoukuai's products, services, and communication with users;

(3) Zhuanshoukuai manages, reviews user information, and takes processing measures in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

(4) Other matters specified by applicable laws and regulations. Except for the above matters, Zhuanshoukuai will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purposes without the user's prior consent.

6. Since the service provided by Zhuanshoukuai is a local lifestyle and consumer services platform based on geographic location, the user confirms that their geographic location information is non-personal privacy information. The user's successful registration of a "Zhuanshoukuai" account shall be deemed confirmation of authorizing Zhuanshoukuai to collect, disclose, and use the user's geographic location information. The user's geographic location information will be one of the user's public information, which Zhuanshoukuai will disclose to other users to provide users with a local lifestyle and consumer services platform based on geographic location. If the user needs to stop disclosing their geographic location information to other users, they can set it to invisible mode at any time.

7. To improve Zhuanshoukuai's technology and services and provide users with a better service experience, Zhuanshoukuai may independently collect, use, or provide users' non-personal privacy information to third parties.

8. Zhuanshoukuai guarantees that it will collect, use, or disclose users' personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and will not collect users' personal information unrelated to the services provided.

9. Zhuanshoukuai attaches great importance to protecting users' personal privacy, and users can also view specific information through the "Settings" page.

V. Content Standards

1. The content referred to in this Article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users in the process of using this service, including but not limited to registration information and certification materials such as account avatar, name, and user description, or sent, replied, or automatically replied messages and related link pages such as text, voice, pictures, videos, and graphics, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service.

2. Users may not use their "Zhuanshoukuai" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to:

(1) Content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;

(3) Content that damages national honor and interests;

(4) Content that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;

(5) Content that violates state religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstition;

(6) Content that spreads rumors, disturbs social order, or undermines social stability;

(7) Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incites crimes;

(8) Content that insults or defames others or infringes upon others' legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Content that fails to comply with the "Seven Bottom Lines" requirements, including the bottom line of laws and regulations, the bottom line of the socialist system, the bottom line of national interests, the bottom line of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, the bottom line of social public order, the bottom line of moral norms, and the bottom line of information authenticity;

(10) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users may not use their "Zhuanshoukuai" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of "Zhuanshoukuai" or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:

(1) Content containing any sexual or sexually suggestive material;

(2) Content containing abusive, threatening, or intimidating language;

(3) Content containing harassing, spam, malicious, or deceptive information;

(4) Content involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;

(5) Content that infringes upon others' legitimate rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, or trade secrets;

(6) Information containing other content that interferes with the normal operation of this service or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

4. You warrant that the information you publish on the platform is true and accurate. It is strictly prohibited to publish items prohibited from circulation by Chinese laws and regulations, U.S. federal laws, and the laws of your state, including but not limited to:

(1) Drugs and related products (special note: it is strictly prohibited to publish marijuana, marijuana-infused food, and related smoking utensils, even if legal in your state, this platform strictly prohibits them);

(2) Firearms, ammunition, and related accessories;

(3) Prescription drugs and controlled knives;

(4) Obscene, violent, or gambling-related information;

(5) Information that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights or privacy;

5. Users may not use new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, and generative artificial intelligence to create, upload, copy, transmit, or disseminate false news and other information prohibited by laws and regulations, or falsely claim synthetic content as natural content. When publishing or disseminating non-authentic information created using new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, and generative artificial intelligence, you shall clearly mark it. Otherwise, this platform has the right to take measures against the relevant content and accounts, including but not limited to adding marks, restrictions, or bans.

6. Violation Handling: Once it is discovered that you have published the above prohibited information, Zhuanshoukuai has the right to immediately delete the relevant content, permanently ban your account, and report it to relevant regulatory authorities in China and the United States.

VI. Rules of Use

1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions, or policies of Zhuanshoukuai, and Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for any such content.

2. Users may not use their "Zhuanshoukuai" account or this service to engage in the following behaviors:

(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing others' avatars or data to impersonate or use others' names;

(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on linked pages, or share information;

(3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(4) Using technical means to batch create fake accounts;

(5) Using the "Zhuanshoukuai" account or this service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;

(6) Creating, publishing, or disseminating methods or tools related to the above behaviors, whether for commercial purposes or not;

(7) Your use of Zhuanshoukuai's related services shall not involve Zhuanshoukuai in political or public events;

(8) You shall not conduct transactions or participate in any activities released by Zhuanshoukuai or its authorized third parties by infringing upon third parties' legitimate rights and interests, cheating, disrupting the system, conducting cyber attacks, malicious cash-out, brushing credit, batch registration, using machines to register Zhuanshoukuai platform accounts, using machines to simulate clients, or other means;

(9) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon other users' legitimate rights and interests, interfere with the normal operation of "Zhuanshoukuai", or are not explicitly authorized by Zhuanshoukuai;

(10) The platform may adjust user discounts from time to time based on market fluctuations and merchant activity policies. The actual discount enjoyed by the user shall be subject to the final transaction price of the order, and the platform reserves the final right of interpretation.

[Liability] If you engage in one or more of the above behaviors in the process of using Zhuanshoukuai's services, you shall be legally responsible for your own actions. The forms of legal liability include but are not limited to: compensating the infringed party, and immediately compensating Zhuanshoukuai with an equivalent amount after Zhuanshoukuai first bears losses such as administrative penalties or tort liability compensation (including legal procedure fees such as litigation fees and attorney fees) caused by your actions. In addition, depending on the specific illegal and irregular circumstances, Zhuanshoukuai has the right to make an independent judgment and immediately suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to you, including measures such as locking, canceling, or deleting the account. At the same time, you agree that if your actions cause economic losses to others, Zhuanshoukuai may deduct the corresponding amount from your Zhuanshoukuai account (if any) in accordance with the principles of public interest protection, consumer protection, commercial interest protection, etc., within the scope of legality and compliance. You agree to authorize and entrust Zhuanshoukuai to perform the above deduction operations.

You acknowledge and understand that if Zhuanshoukuai discovers your above illegal and irregular behaviors, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, Zhuanshoukuai has the right or obligation to immediately stop the relevant services, delete or block the relevant illegal information and service evaluations, and conduct investigation and evidence collection, retain relevant records, or report to the relevant national authorities as appropriate. At the same time, Zhuanshoukuai has the right to independently delete or block any data information containing such content. Zhuanshoukuai will record and retain the legally deleted or blocked data information in accordance with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.

3. Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted using their "Zhuanshoukuai" account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user alone, and Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable. If any damage is caused to Zhuanshoukuai or a third party thereby, the user shall compensate in accordance with the law.

4. The services provided by Zhuanshoukuai may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Zhuanshoukuai and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information. Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users due to transactions conducted based on such advertising information or content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

5. Unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by Zhuanshoukuai, users may not engage in any of the following behaviors:

(1) Deleting copyright information on the software and its copies;

(2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling the software, or attempting to discover the source code of the software by other means;

(3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, or establishing mirror sites for content owned by Zhuanshoukuai with intellectual property rights;

(4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, hooking, or creating any derivative works of the data released by the software during operation into any terminal memory, the interactive data between the client and the server during software operation, and the system data necessary for software operation, including but not limited to using plug-ins, external programs, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Zhuanshoukuai to access the software and related systems;

(5) Modifying or forging instructions and data during software operation to increase, decrease, or change the functions or operation effects of the software, or operating or disseminating the software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether for commercial purposes or not;

(6) Logging in to or using Zhuanshoukuai's software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, external programs, or systems not developed or authorized by Zhuanshoukuai, or creating, publishing, or disseminating third-party software, plug-ins, external programs, or systems not developed or authorized by Zhuanshoukuai.

VII. Data Storage

1. Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for the deletion or storage failure of relevant data of users in this service.

2. Zhuanshoukuai may independently determine the maximum storage period of user data in this service according to actual conditions and allocate the maximum data storage space for it on the server. Users can back up relevant data in this service according to their own needs.

3. If the user stops using this service or this service is terminated, Zhuanshoukuai may permanently delete the user's data from the server. After this service is stopped or terminated, Zhuanshoukuai has no obligation to return any data to the user.

VIII. Risk Assumption

1. Users understand and agree that "Zhuanshoukuai" only provides a platform for users to share, disseminate, and obtain information. Users must be responsible for all behaviors under their registered accounts, including any content they transmit and any consequences arising therefrom. Users shall independently judge the content in "Zhuanshoukuai" and this service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of the content. Zhuanshoukuai cannot and will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by user behaviors.

2. If the user discovers that anyone violates the provisions of this Agreement or uses this service in other improper ways, please immediately report or complain to Zhuanshoukuai, and Zhuanshoukuai will handle it in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

3. Users understand and agree that due to business development needs, Zhuanshoukuai reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate, or revoke all or part of the service content, and users shall bear this risk.

IX. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Except for the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service, which are owned by the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content provided by Zhuanshoukuai in this service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) are owned by Zhuanshoukuai, unless the user has legally obtained the intellectual property rights of the content they published before using this service.

2. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Zhuanshoukuai provides this service are owned by Zhuanshoukuai.

3. The graphics, text, or their combinations involved in this service, as well as other Zhuanshoukuai logos and product/service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Zhuanshoukuai Marks"), their copyright or trademark rights are owned by Zhuanshoukuai. Without the prior written consent of Zhuanshoukuai, users shall not display, use, or otherwise dispose of Zhuanshoukuai Marks in any way, nor shall they indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise dispose of Zhuanshoukuai Marks.

4. The above and any other intellectual property rights legally owned by Zhuanshoukuai or related advertisers are protected by law. Without the written permission of Zhuanshoukuai or related advertisers, users shall not use them in any form or create relevant derivative works.

5. The text, pictures, videos, audio, and other information published and uploaded by users when using Zhuanshoukuai's services are owned by the users in terms of intellectual property rights, and the users shall bear the corresponding responsibilities. However, the user's act of publishing or uploading is deemed as authorization to Zhuanshoukuai. The user understands and agrees to grant Zhuanshoukuai and its affiliated companies a worldwide, fully free, irrevocable, exclusive, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable right, including but not limited to: reproduction right, distribution right, rental right, exhibition right, performance right, projection right, broadcasting right, information network communication right, film production right, adaptation right, translation right, compilation right, and other copyright property rights and neighboring rights enjoyed by the copyright owner as stipulated in the Copyright Law. Zhuanshoukuai may choose whether to use it and the way of use, including but not limited to using and disseminating the aforementioned information on the service platform of Zhuanshoukuai, re-editing and using the above information, and authorizing cooperative parties to use, edit, and disseminate it.

X. Legal Liability

1. If Zhuanshoukuai discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user has violated the provisions of this Agreement, Zhuanshoukuai has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user data and chat records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account according to the severity of the circumstances, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, and function bans, and notify the user of the processing result.

2. Users whose accounts are banned for violating the user agreement can query the ban period through the Zhuanshoukuai official account and unblock the account automatically after the ban period expires. Among them, users subject to function bans will have the banned functions automatically restored after the ban period expires. Banned users can submit an appeal through the relevant page of the Zhuanshoukuai website, and Zhuanshoukuai will review the appeal and make an independent and reasonable judgment to decide whether to change the penalty measures.

3. Users understand and agree that Zhuanshoukuai has the right to punish behaviors that violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any illegal or irregular users, and retain relevant information to report to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

4. Users understand and agree that any claims, demands, or losses claimed by any third party due to the user's violation of the provisions of this Agreement, including reasonable attorney fees, shall be compensated by the user to Zhuanshoukuai, its cooperative companies, and affiliated companies to hold them harmless.

XI. Force Majeure and Disclaimers

1. Users understand and confirm that in the process of using this service, they may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plagues, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, and government actions. In the event of the above situations, Zhuanshoukuai will strive to cooperate with relevant units to make timely repairs, but Zhuanshoukuai and its cooperative units shall not be liable for any losses caused to users or third parties within the scope permitted by law.

2. Like most Internet services, this service may be affected by differences in factors such as user reasons, network service quality, and social environment, and may be subject to various security issues, such as others using the user's data to cause harassment in real life; viruses such as "Trojan horses" contained in other software downloaded and installed by the user or other websites visited by the user, which threaten the security of the user's computer information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this service, etc. Users should enhance their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

3. Users understand and confirm that this service is subject to the risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacking attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, or communication line reasons. Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for any losses caused to users or third parties thereby.

4. Users understand and confirm that during the use of this service, there may be misleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal information from others, or anonymous or impersonated information that infringes upon others' rights, as well as behaviors accompanying such information. Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for any losses caused to users or third parties thereby.

5. Users understand and confirm that Zhuanshoukuai needs to inspect or maintain the "Zhuanshoukuai" platform or related equipment regularly or irregularly. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for any damages, but Zhuanshoukuai shall give prior notice.

6. Zhuanshoukuai has the right to handle illegal, irregular, or breach of contract content in accordance with laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Zhuanshoukuai, and Zhuanshoukuai cannot guarantee the timely discovery of illegal, irregular, or breach of contract behaviors or corresponding handling.

7. Users understand and confirm that Zhuanshoukuai shall not be liable for any quality defects of the following products or services provided to users and any losses caused thereby: (1) Services provided by Zhuanshoukuai to users free of charge; (2) Any products or services presented by Zhuanshoukuai to users.

8. Under no circumstances shall Zhuanshoukuai be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits suffered by users due to their use of "Zhuanshoukuai" or this service, even if Zhuanshoukuai has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any conflicting provisions in this Agreement, the total liability of Zhuanshoukuai to users, regardless of the cause or form of action, shall not exceed the fees paid by the user to Zhuanshoukuai for using the services provided by Zhuanshoukuai (if any).

XII. Transaction Risk & Disclaimer

1. Offline Transactions: Users assume all risks of in-person transactions. Zhuanshoukuai is not liable for personal injury or property loss.

2. Cross-Border Network Risk: Users acknowledge service instability due to cross-border network conditions.

3. Force Majeure: Zhuanshoukuai is not responsible for service disruptions caused by uncontrollable events.

XIII. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

1. In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that Zhuanshoukuai has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services (including paid services) at any time. For the services changed, interrupted, or terminated by Zhuanshoukuai, Zhuanshoukuai shall notify users before the change, interruption, or termination and provide equivalent alternative services to affected users.

2. Zhuanshoukuai has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the free or paid services provided to users without any liability to users or any third parties if any of the following circumstances occurs:

(1) According to legal provisions, users shall submit true information, but the personal data provided by the user is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration without reasonable proof;

(2) The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;

(3) In accordance with legal provisions or the requirements of competent authorities;

(4) In accordance with legal provisions or the requirements of competent authorities.

XIV. Agreement Updates

This Agreement remains effective long-term and may be updated. With the development of Zhuanshoukuai's business and to provide better user services, this User Service Agreement will also be updated accordingly. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this User Agreement. We will publish the latest/updated version through any official public announcement channel of the Zhuanshoukuai platform and remind you of the update of relevant content through an announcement or other appropriate means before it takes effect. Please also visit the Zhuanshoukuai platform to learn about the latest User Service Agreement in a timely manner. If you continue to use our services, it means you agree to accept the content of this revised User Service Agreement.
